Boimela.in is a non-profit venture, just to help those people who staying out of Bengal and missing Bengali books
We will send the courier through Dtdc / Indian Post / Airex and mail you the details so you can track your packet online from their website. We have contract with First Flight and FEDEX, in case your address is out of service area, we send the book through india post. www.boimela.in does not take any responsibility if the courier company make any unreasonable late delivery, of course we will follow the matter.
Books will be sent through Courier. First Flight or FEDEX.
If the book you have ordered, is not available in our store, we will refund full money.
If there is any printing / binding problem in the book, you have to inform within 3 days. If the problem is not from publisher’s end, we will replace it. In case of return of book, Boimela will refund only book price and not the courier cost.
No exchange / return.
In case of Direct Bank Deposit, If you want to deposit cash, Please add extra Rs. 25/- as Bank Service Charge.
We will charge extra shipping cost if needed. (If the books are heavier than listed shipping/cost estimate)
We will charge extra if the listed (MRP) price differ with listed (catalogue) price, same we will refund balance if required.
