Boimela.com’s service is very satisfactory and have a huge collection of books. However I second with Mr. Babi Dutta about the very high courier charges. It will be great if they can provide some discount on the courier charges for returning customers. Otherwise since their courier charges are very high (almost twice or even 2/3rd of the book price) we often have to think twice before ordering for the book online and often prefer to get those ourselves while visiting calcutta or through a relative. Kindly consider in reducing the courier charges to attract more and more voracious readers.

The collection of books is really very nice. Worth to buy from but the Courier charges are very excessive. Sometimes it come almost the Half price of the total items being ordered. So kindly consider other sources of Delivery at a little cheaper rate for example u can try PROFESSIONAL courier services and their services are reliable.Their charges are reasonable.Kind cosideration of Courier charges are required.

the collection of books is excellent. a very worthy store to buy books from. But shipping charges are a little high even within INDIA itself. Reply from Boimela.in : We know the shipping cost is high, its because we do not use Indian Postal services as the delivery time of Indian Post is very uncertain. We use reputed courier service to ensure quick and quality delivery of books. We are trying to negotiate with courier to cut down the cost.

Please try to look out for options for different modes of shipping like getting into some agreement with Speed Post maybe…the shipping charges makes it difficult for us to order books regularly..Thanks
